MACD Historgram - Moving Average Convergence Divergence Histogram

Prodigio Description:
Calculates the difference between the MACD and the MACD Signal Line.  The first period is for the fast EMA (usually 12), the second period is for the slow EMA (usually 26), and the third period is for the Signal Line EMA (usually 9).  This value is the vertical line typically found at the bottom of a MACD chart, which crosses above and below zero.
